On Tuesday December 20th, KWRC held their annual BrokerVision outlook for 2023 and we've highlighted Jennifer's contribution for where she plans to take PSN Coaching in the next year.

Reflecting back where PSN Coaching started we are grateful for the trust and opportunity to take Jenn's vision and continue to build a business that has created a community of Realtors, top producers, ALC members, Team Leaders and most importantly new opportunities for those around us.

PSN Coaching has been an integral part of KWRC since its inception five years ago, and it continues to be an important part of Brokervision 2022. Through PSN Coaching, we offer weekly group coaching sessions as well as one-on-one coaching with experienced professionals who can provide personalized advice tailored specifically to each agent's individual needs. We believe that this type of personalization helps ensure that each agent meets their goals while also helping them feel supported by their peers and colleagues.
