Why PSN exists

PSN Coaching (Productivity Success Network) is a real estate coaching, training, and accountability platform built on one belief: agents can build businesses that are both productive and sustainable. Jennifer Silbernagel founded PSN in 2018. Every engagement starts with the person and the business in front of us. We find the real constraint, then build a practical plan that fits.

My story

Productivity Before Production

Production is an outcome. Productivity is the set of habits, conversations, skills, and systems that make good outcomes more likely. We don't only ask how many deals you closed. We ask what you did to build the business this week, and whether the pipeline is healthier than it was.

What we're really trying to build

A business that is profitable, predictable, and sustainable, and that supports your life instead of consuming it. We are not trying to create agents who depend on a coach forever. We want independent operators who know the fundamentals, can diagnose a problem, and can adjust as the market shifts.

GET TO KNOW ME

Dylan tends to define the problem, spot the pattern, and pick the next move. Jenn makes sure it happens in a way that is organized, repeatable, and realistic. They both coach with questions, they both prefer fundamentals over hype, and they both pay attention to what the business is costing you outside of work.

What PSN is not

We are not built on hustle as a badge of honour, or on growth that costs you your family. We do not coach with fear, or with shame dressed up as accountability. We do not sell shortcuts as secrets, and we will not ask you to become someone you are not. Consistent fundamentals, done well, beat all of that.
